Сьогодні багатьох шокувало чергове відео «сафарі», яке ведуть росіяни дронами проти людей у Херсоні. Російський дрон цілеспрямовано полював за чоловіком, який продавав овочі в Херсоні, підірвався поруч із ним, і росіяни са��і визнали, що скоїли цей злочин і що не просто не шкодують, а пишаються тим, як знущаються з людей. Чоловік був поранений вибухом. Щодня росіяни роблять такі «сафарі» на звичайних людей у Херсоні.

Світ повинен бачити це. Повинен бачити кожен факт, що Росія збожеволіла, і кожен факт, що російські військові насолоджуються вбивствами й знущанням із людей. Без тиску на Росію, без демонтажу її агресивного потенціалу та без реальних гарантій безпеки від Росії просто неможливо уявити, що світ зможе співіснувати із цим злом. Потрібно бути й надалі рішучими, щоб з��хищати життя. Треба так діяти й так підтримувати життя, щоб Росія була змушена справді задуматися про мир, а не про те, як збільшити дальність своїх дронів.

І це стосується не тільки України. Російське «сафарі» проти людей повинне зупинитися в Україні й точно не має поширитися ще на інші країни. Фінляндія і Казахстан, держави Балтії та Польща, держави Південного Кавказу та Румунія і Молдова – усім варто співпрацювати, щоб були реальні гарантії безпеки та щоб російська війна йшла до закінчення. Мир потрібен, а отже – співпраця всіх у світі, хто справді мир цінує. Дякую кожному, хто допомагає Україні!

Kyiv drew its own long-range map — and threw it on the table. A great achievement for Ukraine. A lesson for others.

For years, Ukraine asked its partners for long-range weapons to strike deep inside Russia.

Guided by escalation concerns, some refused outright (Germany and Taurus); some provided them only in very limited quantities and long barred strikes against targets inside Russia (the US and ATACMS); while others agreed but supplied them in limited batches and imposed restrictions on their employment (the UK with Storm Shadow and France with SCALP).

It was a hard fight with friends.

Meanwhile, Ukraine did not sit still. It spent these years developing its own capabilities. Today, Kyiv produces enough long-range drones and missiles of sufficient quality to strike Russia regularly and deep behind the front lines.

This is not a turning point in the war. But it is a qualitatively new instrument of pressure on Putin at a time when Trump is unwilling to bear down on him and Europeans lack the ability to do so.

Most importantly, it is a powerful example of how a nation builds its own capabilities and reduces critical dependence on partners.
