Since I started doing it routinely, I’ve yet to find an over-80yo with mental capacity who is perturbed by talking about DNACPR (though their offspring sometimes are). Just ask in the SHx: “any PoA or do not resuscitate forms I need to make a note of?” #HaveTheConversation
