Celine Halioua (CEO & Founder of Loyal). If you build something, really look for founder / market fit. Furthermore, you need a degree of conviction and passion to solve a problem. #OOOSummit2025
To further expound on this, my take was do not be all in on one platform. Like if you lose or have an account revoked (e.g., LinkedIn, X, etc.) or YouTube videos get demonetized. Have a backup plan and other platforms to project your revenue streams.
Justin Welsh (Solopreneur and Content Creator) just said “the land can be confiscated from you at any time.” My take from this is social media is like a house you rent - it’s useful, but you don’t control the locks, the lease, or when you’re evicted. #OOOSummit2025
Apologies to Nicole Walters, but here is my attempt to summarize her amazing session: No debt. No investors. Just data, humility, and hustle. Relationships aren’t automated—build them. Your next ‘big ask’? That’s your real ROI. This is the $0 Startup mindset. #OOOSummit2025
Simran Kaur (Girls who Invest) some of her lessons over 1800 Days. Day 100 - Done is better than perfect; Day 300 - 1% better every day; Day 800: If you’re told no, you’re asking the wrong person; Day 1700: Community first, solutions last #OOOSummit2025
From Andrew Yang (Forward Party), AI is reshaping early careers - automating repetitive cognitive tasks like data entry. This will impact new college graduates. My personal take, new grads must now shift focus to critical thinking and human-centered innovation. #OOOSummit2025

Please excuse a delay in my responses as I lay on the beach. Nyah, just kidding, what do I do on my PTO? I got to conferences, today is a conference for Owners, Operators, and Outliers (O/O/O Summit).

I am baaaaaack! After a long hiatus relaunching a lot of my stuff to help young professionals (beyond just AKPsi). This is due to popular demand from some of my non-AKPsi mentees.
@Uber_Support@Uber hey tried to DM you and contact you in the Uber Eats App. All I get are canned auto responses. Do humans work there or did you just increase bots to respond? Not great for a customer experience IMHO 👎
@Jenni_77@whirlwindjenn@UberEats They told me to provide feedback on the delivery person and restaurant. But that doesn’t help when you paid for something you never got.
@Jenni_77@whirlwindjenn@UberEats They have an algorithm that @Uber_Support told me that if they refund you a certain percentage of orders they will put a block on your account for refunds. I think mine was under 5%. Worth asking them why they won’t refund.
@whirlwindjenn@UberEats I spent $3K with @UberEats over 7 months & you have the occasional missing or damaged item. They said because I reported items (in total under $200) they can’t refund me anymore. So now if I order anything it would be 100% at risk and no way to get reimbursed. @Uber_Support
@smk4205@UberEats Or in my case I spent over $3,000 on @UberEats and have issues with some orders so they refunded me between $100 - $200. Then @Uber_Support said that was too by much and won’t do refunds even if I never get the food or there is damage.
@zakutd@UberEats Did you get a refund? Be careful they have an algorithm on how much they refund and it can block your account from getting refunds in the future. Check with @Uber_Support
@srinidhi_82@Ciarabelles@UberEats Is @UberEats going to take care of you? Be careful on refunds. Apparently my under $200 in refunds over 7 months (after spending $3,000 over the same period put a hold on my account for future refunds).
@MeallaHogg@UberEats Same issues. @UberEats said that to get refunds you have to speed more money to get the hold removed on getting refunds. @Uber_Support was pretty useless. Sad to see this happening to others.
