@moeedahmed I agree with you 100% Babar shouldn't be captain. He is awful but right now the other players are throwing him under the bus. If there was a leadership culture / training in Pakistan we wouldn't be where we are.

#PAKWatch: Pakistan’s Supreme Court barred former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party from contesting elections by denying it a cricket-bat symbol at the polls.
PAKISTAN = RIGGED ELECTIONS.
Pakistan’s largest and most popular political party, Imran Khan’s PTI, has been stopped from participating in February Elections! Establishment has used a compromised & totally controlled court to snatch party’s electoral symbol on frivolous grounds! This indirect way has been used only to avoid the blame of banning the party! But practically the party has been banned! While this has been done to save Nawaz Sharif from total electoral defeat, the surprising thing is total silence from the Governments of US, Britain and key players in Europe? Abysmal failure of Washington, London & Brussels to raise voice on the murder of democracy and rule of law in Pakistan has only strengthened the fears that west has been behind the emasculation of democracy in Pakistan! Why? What lies ahead? What is at stake? What is needed? https://t.co/wwgCqeDyve via @YouTube
#Pakistan 🇵🇰: The International Human Rights Foundation expresses deep concern over the recent decision, taken at midnight, to strip the most popular political party, PTI of its election symbol, thereby rendering the party without direction. This action speaks volumes about the apparent state-sponsored fascism and political engineering in Pakistan, orchestrated by the establishment operating under the military junta.
It is aptly being characterized as a "huge blow to fundamental rights," reflecting a disturbing trend in the erosion of democratic principles. This decision, akin to the regrettable events of 1971 when similar circumstances led to the disintegration of Pakistan and the creation of Bangladesh, will be remembered as a shameful and biased moment in history.
The International Human Rights Foundation urgently calls upon global bodies to intervene in Pakistan to stabilize the situation, which is rapidly escalating towards a humanitarian crisis. This is especially alarming in a nuclear-armed Republic with a population of 250 million people. The world can not afford to ignore such a precarious situation, and immediate action is imperative to safeguard fundamental rights and prevent further deterioration.

If Pakistan’s elections are held under the current circumstances, “they would be a disaster,” the former prime minister warns. “The only viable way forward for Pakistan is fair and free elections,” he argues in a guest essay https://t.co/zq2oekikNz

Since a “farcical” vote of no confidence in 2022, @ImranKhanPTI argues in a guest essay that Pakistan’s establishment “is not prepared to provide any playing field at all, let alone a level one” for his party https://t.co/sL5n7V3XqQ

So without any investigation into who was responsible for arson on government building or dozens of deaths of unarmed protesters by bullet wounds , around 7000 PTI workers , leadership and our women have been jailed with plans to ban the largest and only federal party in Pak . Meanwhile these goons are being facilitated by our security agencies to take over the SC and subvert the constitution. All citizens be ready for peaceful protests as once constitution and SC destroyed, it is the end of the Pak dream.
#Pakistan🇵🇰: The violent arrest of @ImranKhanPTI by the paramilitary troops from inside the Islamabad High Court confirms the allegations of political engineering by the military in Pakistani democracy. His arrest warrant was also signed by a military general: Nazir Ahmed.
#Pakistan🇵🇰: Ex Prime Minister and without doubt the most popular leader of Pakistan, Mr @ImranKhanPTI has again named, Major General Faisal Naseer of the intelligence service ISI, responsible for any harm which may come to him during the democratic process. The global community and the human rights watchdogs are closely monitoring the situation in Pakistan with keen interest, where the state sponsored fascism is currently rampant, and gross human rights violations are being reported on an almost daily basis.
What's disturbing to note is that in most of these human rights violations, either directly or indirectly, the country's military establishment, in particular the feared intelligence service, ISI is found to be involved.
The international community can not take this lightly anymore, as the intelligence service is playing a pivotal role in curbing freedom and democracy, while carrying out pre-poll election engineering, which has been found to be its traditional role. These actions will result in promoting extremism and political instability in the nuclear armed Islamic Republic, which has global ramifications.
IHRF calls upon all the political parties in Pakistan to work together in safeguarding and promoting democracy in their country.
The military establishment in Pakistan must realise that without political stability, their country cannot achieve the much desired destination of economic stability and prosperity. The military must stop to cut the branch, they are sitting on.
Imran Khan has been ousted from government and faced an assassination attempt, but remains the most popular politician in Pakistan.
