I’ve been #running since March. My goal is 1.5m in under 10min, 3m under 21min, and 5m under 35min. Aside from running regularly, and finding your natural breathing tempo, my biggest tip is to never hang your head. If you’re tired, look up. IDK why, but it makes a big difference.
