1. **SEC resmi bilang: “Most crypto assets are NOT securities”**
Atkins langsung ngomong: “We’re not the securities and everything commission anymore.” Artinya SEC nggak lagi anggap semua crypto = security.

2. **Token Taxonomy (klasifikasi baru yang super jelas):**
- **Digital Commodities** → BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, dll. (nilai dari protokol + supply/demand, bukan “efforts of others”). Ini diatur CFTC.
- **Digital Collectibles** → NFTs, art, memes, in-game items.
