@thames_travel Hello, this is the second time this week that the X32 was due at Oxford Brookes (going towards Wantage) and it's time has come and gone and no sign of the bus. All the tracking shows that it was on time, due and then vanished. Any ideas?

@EE Hi. I'm on a Sim only contract which I'm trying to upgrade.
When I get to the last bit it wants a delivery address for the sim however on the website it says it just updates your old one. I don't need a new SIM, is it definitely going to send me a new one and cancel the old?
