በመርዓዊ (ጎጃም) ያልታጠቁ ነዋሪዎችን ግድያ በተመለከተ እየወጡ ካሉ ዘገባዎች አንፃር የተወሰኑ ነጥቦችን ማንሳት አስፈላጊ ነዉ:-

1. መንግስት ሕግን ለማስከበር በተለያዩ የሃገራችን አከባቢዎች በሚያከናውናቸው እንቅስቃሴዎች ሁሉ የንፁሃንን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ የሚያደርገዉን ጥረት ማጠናከር ፤ ይህንን ተላልፈው በሚገኙ የፀጥታ ኃይል አባላት ላይ ፈጣን እና የተሟላ ምርመራ በማድረግ ተጠያቂነትን ማስፈን ፣ እንዲሁም ግልፅነት አንዱ የመልካም አስተዳደር መርህ እና የመንግሥት ኃላፊነት እንደመሆኑ መጠን ተከሰተ በተባለዉ ነገር ላይ በቂ ምርመራ በማድረግ ወቅታዊ እና የተሟላ መረጃን ለዜጎች ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።

በተጨማሪም በአስተዳደር ፣ በኢኮኖሚ እና በፀጥታ ማስከበር በኩል ያሉ ክፍተቶችን በፍጥነት በማረም ለፖለቲካ ጥያቄዎች ከህዝብ ጋር በሚደረጉ ዉይይቶች መፍትሔ በማፈላለግ ሰላም እና ፀጥታን ማስፈን ያስፈልጋል። ለዉጤታማነቱም የሁላችንም ትብብር እና ተሳትፎ ወሳኝ ሚና ይኖረዋል።

2. የፖለቲካ እና ሌሎች ፍላጎቶቻቸውን በትጥቅ ትግል ለማሳካት ግጭቶችን ወደ ከተሞች እና መንደሮች የሚያስፋፉ የተለያዩ አካላት እንወግንሃለን ለሚሉትም ሆነ ለተቀረዉ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ መከራን ፣ ችጋርን እና ሞትን ከማብዛት ያለፈ ይህ ነዉ የሚባል ትርጉም ያለዉ ዉጤት አላመጡለትም ፤ ወደፊትም አያመጡም። ያኮረፈ ሁሉ መሳሪያ ታጥቆ በሚዘምትበት ፣ በየመኖሪያ መንደሩ በሚያደፍጥበት ሃገር የንፁሃን ሞት የሚጠበቅ እንጂ የሚያስገርም ሊሆን አይችልም።

ዛሬም ፣ ነገም የተረጋጋች እና የዜጎች ሁለንተናዊ ደህንነት የተረጋገጠባት ኢትዮጵያ እዉን የምትሆነዉ በሰለጠነ ፣ የብዙሃኑን ፍላጎት ባሟላ እና በመደማመጥ እንዲሁም በማመቻመች ላይ በተመሰረተ የፖለቲካ ሂደት ብቻ ነዉ።

3. እንደ አንድ ኢትዮጵያዊ ከዉግንና አንፃር በመከላከያ ፣ በፌደራል ፖሊስ እንዲሁም በሌሎች የፀጥታ አካላት እና ባልታጠቁ ኢትዮጵያዊያን መካከል ልዩነት አይታየኝም።

የፀጥታ አባላት እንደማንኛውም የመንግሥት ሰራተኛ የመቀጠሪያ መስፈርት አሟልተው ፣ በሃገር ኃብት ሰልጥነው ፣ በስራ ተሰማርተዉ ሃገራቸውን የሚያገለግሉ ፤ ከአነስተኛ ደሞዛቸው ላይ ግብር የሚከፍሉ ፣ እንደኛው የቤተሰብ ኃላፊነት ያለባቸው ዜጎች ናቸዉ። እንዲያውም ከሙያ አገልግሎታቸው ባለፈ የማይተካዉን ዉድ ሕይወታቸዉን የሚገብሩ የሃገር ደህንነት አለኝታ ናቸዉ።

እነዚህን ከሃገራችን አራቱም ማዕዘናት የተሰባሰቡ ዜጎች የአንድ ብሔር ፣ የአንድ ግለሰብ ጀሌ የማስመሰል እና ምግባራቸዉም አንድን ወገን የማጥፋት ዓላማ ያለዉ እንደሆነ ተደርጎ የሚቀርበዉ ትርክት የፀጥታ አካላቱን እና የተቀረዉን ሰላማዊ ሕዝብ ብዙ ዋጋ እያስከፈለ ነዉ።

በፀጥታ ማስከበር ስራ ተሰማርተዉ ፤ በካምፖች በዕረፍት ላይ እንዲሁም ለድንገተኛ አደጋ ምላሽ በመስጠት ላይ ያሉ የፀጥታ አባላትን ድንገተኛ በሆነና ጭካኔ በተሞላው መንገድ በጅምላ በመግደል ፣ በዚህም ፌሽታ በማድረግ የሚፈፀም ጀብደኝነት አይታየኝም። ድርጊቱም አደገኛ መዘዝ የሚያስከትል ፤ በኋላ ላይም የምናፍርበት እንደሆነ በቅርብ ከተፈፀሙ ክስተቶች ልንማር ይገባን የነበረ ጉዳይ ነዉ።

4. ግጭት እንዲባባስ እና ታጣቂዎች ወደቀያቸው እንዳይመለሱ የሚወተዉቱ ፣ የንግግርን ሃሳብ የሚያወግዙ ፤ ለዚህም የሚድያ ፣ የአድቮከሲ እና የገንዘብ ድጋፍ የሚያቀርቡ ፤ ከግጭቶቹ በብዙ ማይልስ ርቀዉ ደህንነታቸው በተጠበቀባቸዉ ቦታዎች የሚኖሩ ግለሰቦች በኢትዮጵያ የዜጎች መከራ እንዲራዘም እንዲሁም የንግግር ፖለቲካ እንዳይዳብር ትልቅ ሚና ይጫወታሉ።

ይህ ደግሞ ላለፈዉ ግማሽ ክፍለዘመን የቀጠለ በተለይም ከኦነግ ፣ ከሕወሓት ፣ አሁን ደግሞ 'ከአማራ' የፖለቲካ እንቅስቃሴ ጋር የተሳሰረ እንደሆነ መታዘብ ይቻላል። በአንድ በኩል ግጭትን እያራገቡ እና ለዚህም የሚሆነዉን ግብዓት እያቀረቡ በሌላ በኩል በዜጎች መከራና ሞት ፣ ረሃብና መፈናቀል "ማዘን" በትንሹ ግብዝነት አልያም ጎጂ የፖለቲካ ዘይቤ ነዉ።

Wanchi has always existed as a pristine gift of nature. It is our duty though to receive nature’s blessing and add value. In the process of developing the Wanchi-Dandi Eco Tourism Village, between 8,000 to 12,000 jobs have been created during the construction phase. Massive infrastructure has been introduced including 43kms access roads, 35km of road lights and power supply, a 72mts long crossing bridge and construction of a school. Youth in the community are seizing the economic benefits of what such large scale development introduces and the community at large have now greater opportunities.
