Hundreds of MN officers escorted Saint Peter Police Officer Austin Buss home from North Memorial Hospital today — a powerful procession down Hwy 169.
To all the residents who showed up: Thank you.
Never forget the dangers our cops face daily. They run toward danger so we don’t have to.
Prayers for Officer Buss 💙

In case you were wonder about the property tax backlash:
Back about 20 years ago, municipalities decided that property taxes should be at market value. Used to be at about 60%-70%.
When the housing market crashes, there'd be small corrections to taxes collected, but it's based on new sales even if you e been in your house 25 years.
It's gone up so high, with no good results! Schools failing, roads in bad shape.
We are all paying more, getting less, and then to find out they've been FLEECING taxpayers like mad? Makes sense that many are fed up. Stop voting for tax and spend, fraudulent system candidates, and maybe we can do better.
What I’m about to say should be said by the governor, the state attorney general, and the mayor of St. Paul, but they’ve created a crisis and remain silent.
Minnesotans: please respect people’s right to peaceful religious gatherings. This goes for mosques, cathedrals, temples, and churches — every kind of person. Do not invade their place of worship, and do not harass people on their way to worship. Leave them alone.
I just want some normalcy from the government. Federal and state.
Is that so F-Ing hard?
I don’t want the President pardoning people who stole hundreds of millions from Medicare. I want Minnesota government to arrest crooks stealing funds meant to help the needy instead of going out for a 2nd round of funding paying crooks.
I don’t want Texas Republicans nominating a crook to the US Senate.
I don’t want Maine Democrats nominating a guy who got a Nazi tattoo on this body.
Am I the only one who is sick of this shit and just wants some common sense and decency?
WHEN THE CHICAGO BULLS
PLAYED IN BOSTON IN THE 1990’s,
DENNIS RODMAN WOULD BUY OUT TOYS-R-US AND DELIVER TOYS TO THE BOSTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL.
NO MEDIA WAS EVER NOTIFIED,THE
DUDE WAS UNSELFISH & PHYSICAL AND THEE MOST DOMINATING, MOST DEFENSIVE BALLER ALL-TIME!
They traded their tomorrow for the liberty we breathe,
Leaving behind the quiet lives they’d longed to weave.
For country and for freedom—a love profound and deep,
They gave the ultimate embrace, and took the final sleep. Unknown poet.
