After you’ve fallen into cold water that’s 70°F (21°C) or less, it’s nearly impossible to put on a life jacket, or even hold onto one. Even Olympic swimmers can’t swim long in cold water; in approximately 10-minutes you won’t be able to move your arms or legs, so #PleaseWearIt.
