$ATOM Atomera working with $SPCX possibly as Atomera executive mentioned on LinkedIn post last month.
One of the best risk rewards in $SMH sector as they’re also working in GAA with $INTC / $TSM and in $DRAM with $MU SKH & Samsung! 💪
Atomera doing big things in GaN RF and GaN power.
Should be announcing a DoE related grant through PowerAmerica once negotiations for use of funds is completed by management team after 15 months of testing through Sandia Labs.
Also recent validation on silicon runs for RFSOI that matched their tcad simulation data. Now they have a customer who WANTS the tech and is awaiting the supply chain to get them...foundry/wafer manufacturer/atomera all must be in discussion.
Multiple shots on goal. This doesnt even count the "definitive" gate all around data that now has 2 of the top 4 semiconductor makers on earth now testing their gate all around structures with MST
$TSM $MU $DRAM $AMD $INTC $GFS $UMC $TSEM $SOI
$ATOM Atomera still my favorite hidden gem in the $SMH sector!
Just wail till they get a deal for $DRAM with $MU Samsung or SKHynix
and/or
GAA deal with $TSM $INTC Samsung
Any of these deals would make this 🚀
The question for Atomera now regarding RFSOI is this...Do you believe the CEO in the part I highlighted below? He is saying silicon runs go the results to match the tcad/simulation results that were the reason customers were interested in the first place. And the performance of MST is no longer in question. Just a matter of shoring up the supply chain, which implies that there are discussions taking place with Soitec now that they have a satisfied customer who would prefer to use the tech if the wafers including MST were available.
Would $SOI not want to satisfy a customer? They clearly said they have "the ambition to progress the state of the art" using Atomeras tech in RFSOI applications. Now we have a customer who is satisfied with the tech and looking for the clearest path to commercialization. I think its pretty clear whats happening. Obviously this is still a pre-revenue company and needs to be sized appropriately-but a phenomenal risk:reward ratio at 330m market cap IMHO.
$GFS $UMC $TSEM are the dominant RFSOI foundries. They clearly all are working with Atomera, no way the CEO could say what he says in that 2nd screenshot without working with these 3 companies.
$ATOM Atomera could be the next bigger runner in $SMH sector.
News has to be close the way stock has been acting since the HUGE volume spike few months ago.
They’re working with Soitec, Power, Gate All Around, and $DRAM players including $MU.
LFG Scotty! 💪
$ATOM Atomera
RFSOI seems to be close. The way I am interpreting the screenshot below is the customer got the results they are looking for but now have to figure out how to source the wafers. Meaning if its a fabless customer, they are coordinating with Atomera+their foundry+ a wafer manufacturer who is almost certainly Soitec in this case.
Atomera has clearly stated theyre working with almost all the rfsoi foundry capacity that exists and you cannot say that without working with $GFS $UMC $TSEM - this part isnt my opinion, just facts.

$ATOM Atomera
This is my favorite hidden gem in the $SMH sector that’s ready to 🚀 soon.
A deal for Gate-All-Around with either $INTC $TSM or Samsung
Or
$DRAM deal with $MU SKHynix or Samsung could make it $50+ easily.
$ATOM
Atomera is quietly checking every box the market should be screaming about:
→ MST tech just entered evaluation with a GAA manufacturer
→ synopsys collaboration expanded into GaN/RF
→ $41M cash on hand after $25M raise
→ engaged with 3 of 4 companies that make next-gen AI transistors
and yet… crickets
the thesis is simple: every AI chip built on GAA nodes needs better transistor performance
$ATOM doesn't build the chips they license the material science that makes them faster and more efficient
pure IP play in a $750B market
no fab risk, no inventory risk, just royalties waiting to land
the only reason this is quiet is because retail doesn't understand what gate-all-around means
they will 🐼
Great opportunity to add $ATOM Atomera here on this pullback before they announce a deal with one of the big $SMH companies and/or funding from government. 💪
$VICR $ATOM my two largest holdings, not selling any here.
Other holdings $VPG $RMBS $LPTH $AAOI $OUST $SMTC $NOK all looking great. $TTMI my newest buy from friday benefiting from PCB price increases also looks good.
Sure the indices are up but this is clearly a stock pickers market. Just the way I like it.
$ATOM Atomera looks ready for the big stage, that volume has been telling since February conference call.
One deal announcement with any of the GAA players like $TSM $INTC Samsung or $DRAM deal with $MU SKHynix or Samsung can make it 🚀
$ATOM Atomera
$11 area went from resistance to support. Usually a great sign.
I'm not making any predictions about near term price action, but I will say if they announce the poweramerica funding at some point in the next few months, a lot of people will finally figure out this is one of the best ways to play GaN.
Also if we get a dip on a hot PCE tomorrow, I will likely nibble some june and july calls while holding a massive amount of shares.
Lastly, dont forget they were in talks with one of the 3 major memory makers who had just finished testing in March. They went silent about them on the last call which usually signals negotiations are happening. I'm going to assume its $MU for various reasons. Before I get labelled a pumper by all the amateurs, just realize MU is the SMALLEST of the 3 memory makers. I like to make my base case the "worst case" and conservative. I'd much rather it be SKHynix or Samsung. Theres also a chance they never sign, just know that they are likely in talks. If they do sign, get ready for absolute pandemonium, with a market cap around 450m, this can get crazy on a JDA with Micron or SKHynix or Samsung.

1 down and 1 to go. ATOM is happening, was in 3s when I said this. 10x is now 3-4x from here which I believe happens with only ONE deal. They have 5+ shots coming in the next few quarters.
Still holding both albeit a lot less BE now vs last summer. Sold most at 270-280 to rotate capital into new names
$BE $ATOM $MU $DRAM $VICR $RMBS $AAOI $SMTC $TTMI $NOK $LPTH
$ATOM Atomera is working with most of the top $SMH companies like $TSM, $INTC, $MU, Samsung etc.
It’s a hidden gem, but hopefully not for too much longer! 💪
Interesting, thanks for the tag @Kennett47926895
Atomera still so under the radar, any little bit of publicity helps bring new eyes and buyers. 360m market cap today will look like a gift once a few things happen, heres my estimate on the chronological order of whats coming up:
PowerAmerica funding comes in next couple months
Atomera management probably announces a 3rd customer testing MST in their gate all around structures
Something has to be brewing with Soitec+RFSOI+Fabless RF licensee. Way too many clues have been dropped-unfortunately semiconductor designs take time.
A 3rd JDA possibly in memory or maybe power gets announced
One of the big 5 finally commits to a production deal H127 for gate all around or memory
$ATOM Atomera just days away from potentially receiving a $1m grant from Power America for their GaN on Silicon work in both RF and Power applications. See my post from earlier this week below for detail on that if you missed it-very good upside in near term from that IMO
In the medium and long term, the thing Atomera is spending most of its energy and resources on is gate all around.
In fact they even partnered with a large epitaxial deposition tool maker last year to focus on integrating their MST into the processes of the gate all around makers. This tool maker is taking ZERO ROYALTY SPLIT from future deals, only the right to sell their tool over competition when fabs decide to use MST. Why would a tool maker risk tarnishing their reputation trying to implement a tech that didn't work into the fabs of the largest foundries on earth? Right, they wouldnt.
$TSM $INTC Samsung and Rapidus(Japanese startup backed by Japanese government) are the target customers and this tool maker knew a year ago that it would not be easy satisfying their requirements. Look what Atom CEO Scott Bibaud Said in May 2025 compared to what he said in February 2026.
So the definitive proof was attaned in a customer fab with the help of the tool maker partner.
And then on the q1 2026 call in early May, Atomera confirms they have expanded to a 2nd gate all around customer.
Is there a chance neither one of them adopt the tech? Yes. But are the probabilities of adoption increasing with "definitive" proof and a 2nd customer suddenly depositing MST into their own structures now? Absolutely. What is the upside if they get 1 gate all around customer? And what are the odds that getting 1 leads to getting multiple? These are the questions I would be asking if I was considering a position.
Between being early on this one and $VICR $AAOI $MXL I believe this one has the most upside, however it does carry a bit more timing risk. The smartest thing they did was raise capital in february and buyers now don't have to worry about dilution for at least a year as the company now has roughly 9 quarters worth of cash on hand.
$ATOM Atomera
Am I naive to think that this validation from the department of energy would take the market cap close to $1b within a couple months? They have 2 years of cash on hand and multiple customers on the cusp of production deals(within quarters not days or weeks IMO).
Not selling anything yet.
Here's the confirmation of the selection date for the funding $ATOM Atomera applied for. Thanks for posting @ALLinCLEVELAND
I do NOT think ATOM will PR this next week, i think it will be a few weeks of negotiations between Atomera and PowerAmerica to determine the use of funds etc and they will either PR after that or wait till next call in July/Aug. Not sure but the validation is REAL and since they were ENCOURAGED to apply by Sandia Nat'l Lab (after 15 months of grusome testing) and multiple future customers, I think its a safe bet that they will be receiving this funding.
You ain’t naive bro! $ATOM Atomera seems to be ready to breakout soon on Power America funding from government coming soon!
Power is the issue for data centers and Atomera can help with that. $SMH $DRAM

$ATOM Atomera also working with SpaceX as Nishant posted about it on LinkedIn below. So maybe $TSLA is also a potential customer through $STM.
They’re already working in memory with either $MU Samsung and/or SK Hynix.
Consider urself lucky if you just found out about Atomera!
$ATOM Atomera is a high probability recipient of a Power America funding award in the next few days. They may not PR it right away as there will be some negotiations between Atomera and Power America on how to use the funds, but I suspect they will receive the award and we see some sort of volume and/or price spike soon because of this.
Power America is a program ran by the DOE. The reason Atomera applied for this funding was the rigorous testing that Sandia National Lab put their technology thru for GaN on Silicon applications for 15+ months.
They also did some testing with Incize, a large Belgian RF test house for their GaN on Silicon for RF applications.
And then after both the Sandia testing and the Incize testing, they got their technology included into $SNPS simulation software for both GaN Power and GaN RF applications. I think that it's clear all testing went extremely well. Atomera CEO even confirmed that they were "encouraged" to apply for this funding by the people at Sandia National Lab.
Make sure you look in the attached images to verify who actually owns and operates Sandia National Lab. Federally funded lab operated by Honeywell Corp. This is no joke.
There are a lot of other reasons to like this stock, mainly their recent definitive data applicable to Gate All Around applications, and also working with 2 of the 3 large memory makers. But this GaN offering may end up moving the quickest.
I do not think the dollar amount they receive in funding will be substantial-that doesn't matter. Its simply the validation coming from the DOE that derisks this stock further. With all the upside this company has and a market cap of only ~$350m and 2 years of cash on hand now-this is a very low risk swing or long hold.
This is one of my large positions along with $VICR $MU $DRAM and I believe this has upside of $40+ in the long run and maybe 12-15 in the next few months.
@joedab12 $ATOM has so much going on under the hood. 3-4 big announcements could come in the near future. Any of them along w/government funding from Power America could make this 🚀
They’re working w/ 2 of the big 4 ($INTC, $TSM, Samsung, and Rapidus) for GAA & $DRAM players as well.
