Tal cual... Los protocolos no alcanzan a las universidades privadas que, en muchos casos deciden tapar los casos y proteger a los agresores so pretexto de guardar el buen nombre de la institución... Eso hasta que los protocolos se disuelven en burocracia e impunidad
🔴 Estuve un tiempo trabajando en el Observatorio de Género de una universidad privada y lo que relata Cristina Burneo es un "modus operandi" en estas casas de estudio. El espíritu de cuerpo que va desde la más alta autoridad pasando por los mandos medios hasta llegar a los agresores, hace que las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género se inhiban de denunciar y aguanten todo tipo de atropellos.
Las universidades al igual que los colegios ocultan, encubren, tapan y buscan silenciar a las víctimas para salvaguardar su buen nombre y reputación. En casos más aberrantes, como el de Cristina, se termina sancionando a las víctimas.
Por ética renuncié, luego de constatar como infamemente dilataron una doble denuncia de acoso laboral, hasta que el docente agresor se jubile. Desde luego puse un informe a este respecto.
Lo cierto es que es muy alto el costo que pagamos las mujeres por no callar ante la violencia de género al interno de las instituciones de educación superior, espero que Cris no tenga que pagarlo y se revierta esta injusticia en su contra. Es a ella a quien deben ofrecerle una disculpa y no al revés!
Ojalá que asambleístas como @GisseGarzonM, @JahirenNoriega o la propia presidenta @VivianaVelozEc valoren lo que está sucediendo en las IES, en materia de violencia de género y se animen a fiscalizarlas, hay patrones de encubrimiento y ocultamiento que deben ser desmontados. Mientras todo el apoyo y toda la fuerza Cris Burneo.
