@AvantiWestCoast 10 out of 10 to the man in the ticket office at Preston Station at 11.20am today. Excellent and patient service. Wish those running the trains had the same level of customer care.

Bring back @VirginTrains to the west coast. Never had a problem. @AvantiWestCoast are useless. Our trains next week are cancelled and last time we used them they sold us tickets for a train that didn't exist. They should never have been given the franchise.
