Just one day after ending "The Late Show" on CBS, Stephen Colbert returned to TV — to host a public access show with rocker Jack White in Monroe, Michigan.

AOC: “If you think I don’t understand foreign policy because out of hours of discourse about international affairs I pause to think about one of the most sensitive geopolitical issues that currently exist on Earth, I’m afraid the issue’s not my understanding but rather the problem is perhaps you’ve gotten adjusted to a president that never thinks before he speaks and doesn’t care about the implications of his words before he speaks on matters like these”
It’s important that you understand what happened last night.
Last night, Stephen Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, a candidate who, by all accounts, is on track in the polls to flip Texas blue.

I will remember this night forever. This dance was a story of love, loss, grief and gratitude. It is a thank you message to my mum, it was to pay tribute to all the strong mothers of the world, and the single parents. I know my dad was with us, and can only imagine how proud he would be of my mum. This dance is for all of us, thank you for your support ❤️
BREAKING: After 16 brutal hours, Senate staff finally finish reading the One Big Beautiful Bill out loud, cover to cover.
Chuck Schumer forced the marathon session overnight.
And what was the grand audience for this legislative theater?
An empty room.
Not a single Republican stayed to listen to the entire 900+ page monstrosity they’re trying to ram through.
They want to rewrite the economy in ink, but can’t even stay awake for the fine print.
The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers.
He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations.
It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.
What still mystifies me is how people who know full well the horrors of the Nazi holocaust can literally say the exact things that Nazis said and not notice what they are doing
