@nationalexpress It seems your tracker for the service was tracking the wrong coach. The coach did finally turn up an hour late however there way no way to know what was going on because of the incorrect tracking information.
@nationalexpress why does your 8pm 032 service from Heathrow Central Bus station show it’s already picked up from both Heathrow stops and is at Guildford on the coach tracker?
@TfL Why are your buses, which go past Heathrow hotels refusing to take people with luggage when the bus is empty? Why are your buses now unable to take luggage but it was fine last night? People are now having to wait half an hour for the next bus?
@unilinkbus why are your buses not turning up with no issues reported on your app? I waited over half an hour for a service from Southampton Airport Parkway, according to your timetable there was supposed to be a service at 20.45 that didn’t turn up. The next one was at 21.05.
@SW_Help When I look on the tracker all those options from Victoria to Southampton or the airport come up with the connecting train cancelled or direct me back to London Waterloo so I’m not sure that helps.
@IsleOfWightFest why are you allowing co-op to sell alcohol on site which you can’t then take through to the main stages? There aren’t any signs in or around co-op making the clear.

@nxcare how can I find out if a booking changed requested 2 weeks ago has been actioned? I’ve been trying to get through on the customer service number for over an hour.
