Why do so many owners struggle with their dog’s behavior? The lack of consistency in holding their dog accountable.

People bring home puppies & expect them to automatically understand rules & boundaries. If you aren’t ready to teach & be patient, you have no business bringing home a puppy.

You CANNOT correct what you don’t see in the moment. If your dog does unwanted behavior while you’re gone the solution is simple: CRATE TRAIN!

When someone asks us if we’ll refund them money if the training doesn’t work, we will automatically decline to train.

Why?

That owner has already predetermined their dog will fail. Don’t blame your dog for the work you refuse to put in. If you can’t commit, why should we?

It’s unacceptable when a dog respects a trainer they’ve known for a few hours more than their owner they’ve known for a few years…
