Mmm can’t wait to sit down and rest my feet and wait for the bus smushed between these three porta-potties and a trash can at Oak Grove 😆 at least it’s not in the sun?

[Mayor Christenson @MayorOfMalden]

Hats off to @BeebeMalden on their performance of the Wizard of Oz!

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@MBTA @mystic_elder Thank you!!

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

Hi @mbta can you clarify what this means? I know the construction at the old hospital is affecting the 99 Bus turnaround but I cannot figure out by google or any map app what location this refers to for the new terminus. Thanks!

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

Suggestion for the @mbta with no shade to the @mfaboston — when you fully wrap trains with ads and riders can’t see out any window, malfunctions with station location inside the train become an ADA issue. We are at State and the audio & visual signage says Tufts; was same earlier

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@MikeConnollyMA Saw you on the news last nite, thanks for standing up for consumers and calling BS on them blaming sustainability programs. Older homes are never going to be able to afford to decarbonize without subsidy. We have to call out these lies and stop exploitation of MA consumers.

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@MassDCR Thank you it’s still there as of two minutes ago, and now there is a second one too. Appreciate the help.

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@MassDCR your parkway East Border Road is clearly marked as no parking at all times. but in particular during snow, it’s blocking a driving lane & plows, on a steep hill. This car is facing the wrong way at Summer St in Malden and has been here since yesterday. What’s going on?

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@massmunicipal @suneel with some great tips for public servants on managing stress, like resting 5 mins every hour during the day. And these free acai bowls don’t hurt! #Connect351

[Mass. Municipal Assn @massmunicipal]

@suneel >@suneel Gupta discusses the “55:5 model”, for every 55 minutes of work, take 5 minutes of focused rest He says “Rest is not a reward for what you’ve done, it’s a resource for what you are about to do” #Connect351

[MBTA @MBTA]

Orange Line Reminder: Beginning at 8:30 PM Friday, January 17, through end of service Monday, January 20 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day).

📺 Did you know? All #Malden City Council meetings stream *LIVE* weekly on UMA's YouTube Channel. It's easy to tune in & stay up to date on your city government. And new this year, all committee meetings will also be available for viewing (more info soon!) https://t.co/Eesr9I4yTu

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

Thank you @MassDCR for plowing the sidewalks along East Border Road in Malden!! It’s such a key commuter route for our residents and it’s deeply appreciated, horrible photo notwithstanding 🙏

[Mayor Christenson @MayorOfMalden]

And away we go! @TheCityofMalden 375th Anniversary Historic Trolley Tour has left the station.

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@PH_Weston @ActorsEquity Very cool!!

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

He wisely chooses to be social-media free, but @ActorsEquity member Mark Linehan deserves a shout-out for using his talents as an educator, performer & public historian to bring #MaldenMA history to life. You won’t want to miss this!

[City of Malden @TheCityofMalden]

In further celebration of Malden’s 375th anniversary, the City is excited to announce a Free Walking Tour of the Historic Bell Rock Cemetery, taking place on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 4-5:30 PM.

@ElleryKlein I find they evolve throughout life, they were horrible in high school, disappeared when I was pregnant and breastfeeding and now they’re back, definitely not due to aging 🤣

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@ElleryKlein I’m waiting over a year for neurology right now even though my chronic migraine is literally making me miss work. Colonoscopy I skipped the line and only had to wait four months due to severe family history of colorectal cancer. Dermatology I have just given up 🤷‍♀️

[Mayor Christenson @MayorOfMalden]

Thanks to @ariformalden, @MaldenTrees, @GarrickSanto, and @MassDCR, Goodwin Avenue will soon be home to Malden’s first Pocket Forest!

[Amanda Linehan @AMLinehan]

@OfMalden @MayorOfMalden Hoping we can do this once we’ve hired a transportation planner! Painted bike lanes/sharrows were in the works under our previous transpo planner who just left 🙏 this is the best cross-town bike route from the west end downtown it’s my preferred option
