What a fun day in Life Science! Getting to use VR Headsets to look into an animal cell! How awesome being able to use technology like this to engage students!! And it was soooo fun to watch!!🤣

Could not be prouder of a team. They all have rallied together after losing our leader, and we have became closer as a team. We had great PRs, girls finished second, and most important thing honorary coach today! #AHSAggiePride@AHSAggieSports@AHS_Aggies@AvilleCityBOE
@teacher2teacher I make mistakes myself in front of them and call myself out on them. I have spelled things incorrectly or ask them how to spell something to engage them. It seems to make them more comfortable and they are more open when having discussions because they know it’s ok. #BeTheOne
7th grade geography classes are “traveling” to Latin American countries and creating a Discover Box to present to the class about their country. Always a fun project. @AvilleCityBOE@avilleMSlife
My history students traveled to the library today to do a little book research on their Latin America project. 🥰 thanks Peggy Williams for pulling books and allowing us time in the library. @AvilleCityBOE@avilleMSlife
History department trained today on our new ClassVR sets. So thankful for the grant money from our foundation to make these possible for our school. @AvilleCityBOE@avilleMSlife@TG1Turby
It’s one of my favorite days for my 7th Grade Geography students!!! PASSPORT DAY!! Each unit they will pick a place from the continent we have been studying and “travel there” to report religion, economy, flag, maps, currency, and culture. @AvilleCityBOE@avilleMSlife
We enjoyed a day in the library doing research on our South America projects. Mrs. Culbert shared with us how to do research in the library as well as how to find books at the online library! @AMSAggies@AvilleCityBOE
My students started their passport adventures in geography. By the end of the year they will have “traveled” to all of the continents. @AMSAggies@AvilleCityBOE
Our first Aggie Seekers Wednesday Wake Up. 27 students joined us this morning for a short devotion and prayer time. Excited about this new adventure. @AvilleCityBOE@avilleMSlife
