@sunilkumar02 @vasantshetty81 I agree its not about Ghee laden dose, it's the 'vanaspati' (erstwhile Dalda)which is the culprit!To get the crispness,it has to be eithter vanaspati or Cow Ghee.Both have saturated fat but Vanaspati is high in both saturated fat and trans fat. Hotels must display what they use.
