Can see, in terms of INNOCENCE, Countries like Niger are still VIRGINS! Imagine Life imprisonment for stealing just 200m cfa francs($350,000) and Death sentence for stealing just 1bn cfa francs($1.7m)!
If we used those figures in Uganda, 40% of government employees(ministries parastatals, local government.......).will be DEAD, and another 50% will be on serving LIFE...! Only 10% may survive also, "MAY".....! And in private Sector, 50% would go on LIFE IMPRISONMENT and 20% of NGO executives will have to be killed,🙉! That is how bad things are here!
Reaon I never participate in the SO-CALLED "FIGHTS/CAMPAIGNS AGAINST CORRUPTION" by our pretenders here.....When you say lets shoot the thieves, they quote Human Rights,🤔!

So, please, if you are not ready to HANG THIEVES, DON'T WASTE OUR TIME. Just 🤐🤐!

Beaten once, twice shy. I have my reservations about @YPAGoats, but I will share a positive guidance and experience without writing off the project. Though, there're a million questions and I wish stakeholders i.e. 1) Vision bearer @YPAGoats, 2) Investors and the 3. Policy Makers (Government) find interest in this.

1. THE VISION BEARER: The vision is good but promiscuous. You can't guarantee 100% returns on investment for three years without insurance. This is insane. Even the righteous that requires investment in morals and conscious living; Proverb 24:16 the Bible says, he falls 7times but has to rise again. Transparency in business and preparing your partners on both gains and risks is key. This is not the case with this Project.

2. INVESTORS. Interestingly, while investing, the public doesn't consult Government, but they flock government institutions and the media after being scammed, like they got recommendations from @PoliceUg before investing. While investing, your concern shouldn't be the availability of capital and profits, you should be much more worried about the security of the capital first. So, Investors should be asking more about the insurance incase of any eventuality. in farming, Vaccination for example is not a guarantee to no sickness. I don't want to go much into that. Where's the SECURITY of all Investors incase of any calamity hitting the project?

3. POLICY MAKERS. Without prejudice, i find it again insane, that someone wakes up, callsp the public to come and invest in a Project that has not deposited a guarantee with Government that incase, people investing in that scheme, incase of anything, they don't lose money carelessly. Hon. @FrankTumwebazek @DESIREtheFARMER, this falls in your docket of Ministry of Agriculture. Policy empowers you to un invitedly pick interest, not before calamity but to give the Public confidence either positively or shape the Project incase it's viable.

We cannot always have to read the postmortem report, yet we saw symptoms and chose to keep a deaf ear.

Many Ugandans have lost money, it gets media attention, things that taint Entrepreneurship opportunities of this country if such cases overwhelm our country's Internet for those making research. We with time become a bad investment ground because we choose to keep away when wrong things are being done.

I Hope Mr. Ben doesn't find me offensive and attacking his venture. We are just asking questions.
