@OfficialSBICare Thanks. The issue is expiry of the "OTP" and "resend OTP" have same time in web version. User cant request "Resend OPT" as the transaction window closes at the same time of the OTP expiry time. If the OTP was not received, the transaction expires & user cant request "resend OTP.

Dear SBI, Why the OTP is expiring the same time when we have to request for resending it? OTP never comes on time, there was a provision to request to resend it before resetting. Pls look into that or delete the "Resend OTP" Button too. @TheOfficialSBI

@OfficialSBICare It isn't but a purposeful or ignorant error, so that the customers cant request "resend OTP". Transaction get cancelled as OTP never comes. A provision was there to request it before it expire. New update doesn't have option to resend OTP. Pls look in to that.
