Instagram feels like a different universe. everyone’s traveling, eating at fancy restaurants and living like they don’t have jobs. meanwhile X feels way more like real life, broke people, regular jobs and neighborhood drama.
just to recap how insane things are getting:
- an 11 day old model just solved 100s of math problems in a week that have stumped humans for centuries
- AI is one-shotting every game, tool and software threatening the value of private moats to $0
- AI agents are hitting escape velocity hacking everything in sight AND winning everyone’s attention (Muse #1 in app store)
- the pace of new model releases has compressed to every 11 days
- the most powerful models are increasingly living behind closed walls, accessible to a elite group
- biological AI models are entering mainstream channels & will see a similar acceleration to Mathematics.
- semiconductor chips are skyrocketing in costs, demand has exceeded several trillion dollars over the next 3 years.
you can just feel the time-warp sucking you in, everything seems like a blur
i truly don’t think we have enough time to comprehend all of this - it’s only going to get faster.
