Zambia needs to change and ASAP. I arrived at Kazungula nice and early this afternoon. Botswana side took me under 10 minutes to clear both immigration and customs.

My home side, Zambia took forever because of all sorts of procedures and just bad attitudes from some people behind these counters. Come time to pay for the bridge toll and council levy, the only cashier available leaves to go and buy food. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile, there is a line of people waiting to PAY... And nobody seems bothered about this.

What are we doing? We can't build a well functioning country like this. Not possible.
