1. Sacrificing ~5% in CAPEX instead of focusing on 95% first
2. Hiding the problematic policies of POWER CORRIDORS and scape goats are national institutions (e.g., NTDC)

@raftardotcom please review the comments of @akleghari regarding inefficiencies of @NTDC_Pakistan especially "projects" and never admitted that "hurdles" pushed by same landlords and politicians. Also there is no constitutional cover to the employees working in it. 2/4

If employees don't feel safe they can't work fearlessly just like DISCOs are facing mutiny by local people likewise NTDC have faced by above stated actors.
The trifurcation may be more beneficial for THE CONTRACTORS and PROFIT MAKING FACTORS instead of stabilizing the 3/4

Being a part of power sector, it is a national humiliation that @GovtofPakistan is going to privatize most promising entities among DISCOs declared by the regulator (NEPRA) under @MoWP15
Authorities should have look into it that no one prefer liabilities over profits.
