@ATXJustice your organization sure is quick to criticize the Austin Police Dept. yet you’re completely silent when they save multiple lives. Unbelievable.
@kathietovo Is it so hard for you to say the brave men and women of the Austin police department? Oh wait you were one of the ones that voted to defund them. Never mind.
A high schooler allegedly stabbed his mother to death, stuffed her body in a recycling bin, then called his grandparents to confess to the crime.

@LoewyLawFirm@statesman This doesn’t surprise us. The statesman has had a war on the cops in this city for well over two decades if the statesman actually makes this hire we will make it our mission to reach out to all our members and members of other police organizations to cancel their subscriptions!
Godspeed, Izzy. You’ll be missed. I had the honor of working with Izzy when he was my night shift corporal. I never saw him in a bad mood or not be willing to stop and talk with someone, and was a dedicated officer.

Keep Detective Garcia, his family, his friends, and his brothers and sisters in blue in your thoughts and prayers during their time of need. The Austin Police Benevolent Foundation will step up to assist Detective Garcia’s family with their needs during this tragedy. If you would like to contribute to the Austin Police Benevolent Foundation’s efforts to assist Austin Police officers during their times of need, please visit https://t.co/OwLrP0yMbn.
@bradlander@GregCasar His track record? Like destroying the Austin Police Department. Allowing homeless to camp anywhere including the crown jewel of Austin, the hike and bike trail. Oh, he did manage to one thing he sat outside for eight hours without taking a drink, such courage.
Hey @CMZoQadri, how about next time, before you automatically vilify and bash APD when you don’t have all the information you actually get the facts straight. You spew hate against APD when in reality those officers were stopping an individual who was trying to assault another person in YOUR district!
Austin should be a safe haven for all. But you’ve promoted a sense of lawlessness in your own district.
