SCoR is investigating an incident on 4/6/26 near Ongole where an ALP of GT Exp (12616) was minorly injured, allegedly by a food packet/hard object thrown from a passing train. RPF/GRP searched the area, registered a case, and are probing all angles.

🚉 With ongoing double-line works, upgrade stations:

✅ Develop Dupadu as a supporting station for Kurnool.

🚄 Introduce new train services:

➡️ Kurnool – Visakhapatnam
➡️ Kurnool – Vijayawada
➡️ Kurnool – Chennai (via Kadapa, Tirupati & Chittoor)
➡️ Kurnool – Bengaluru (via Anantapur)

🌟 Kurnool is one of the major cities of Andhra Pradesh and deserves stronger rail connectivity for students, employees, pilgrims, and businesses.

🙏 Requesting Indian Railways and Andhra Pradesh Government to prioritize these developments.

In Ulavapadu Village, some guys are thrown a can on the running Loco with Grand Trunk Express coming from Vijayawada towards Chennai Side. The Loco pilots are Severely injured. I hope for the speedy recovery.

Today @SCoRAILWAYVSKP General Manager Sandeep Mathur garu with officials has inspected the Visakhapatnam - Ichchapuram Section. He inspected at Simhachalam, Srikakulam Road, Palasa and Ichchapuram Stations ABSS Works and directed the officials to complete the works in time.

Pendurthi has a minimum Infrastructure with 7 Platforms. So I hope @RailMinIndia and @SCoRAILWAYVSKP should consider Redevelopment of Pendurthi Station.

The Forum is decided to support the newly RRB for SCOR zone. The Main Zonal RRB should be in Visakhapatnam and the another 2 Satellite RRB s should be in Vijayawada/Guntur and in Tirupati. I request @RailMinIndia to commence the RRB s for Andhra Pradesh.

It should be ask pre 2014 in Manmohan Singh s era. The United Andhra Pradesh is disturbed due to YSR s death and instability Government. No Railway Line projects and no new Premium trains started from AP (pre TG formation).

@APRailForum Hi sir., why we always asking intercity. Why can't we asking shathabdi express insted of intercity. In North part of India every state have shathabdi express. But we don't have.
In my opinion following shathabdi expresses needed.

But why West Central Railway zone RRB office is in Bhopal which HQ is Jabalpur. Why East Central Railway RRB is in Muzaffarpur and Patna when the Zonal HQ is in Hajipur. There is a chance to keep main zonal RRB in Vizag and Satellite RRB in Vijayawada/Guntur.

Present Naupada Gunupur Line should doubled. Pathapatnam should be develop as main Station with 3 PF s. An another morning intercity needed from Gunupur to Vizag with fast TT and less stops. So i request @SCoRAILWAYVSKP should do good for Western Srikakulam District.
