Again this was highlighted to @HHumphreysFG & again she ignored it.
Sadly the only consistency in govt is the inability to admit when a mistake has been made & rectify it.

Yet the govt literally withdrew that opportunity the other day.

@TomLyonsBiz And @HHumphreysFG decided to essentially outlaw Irish pensions buying property last week.
So long term Irish pensions can’t buy property & keep rent in the Irish economy, rather it appears selling & letting rents go abroad is a better idea.

@FBuckley17 @TomLyonsBiz @HHumphreysFG I agree, it’s a shame @HHumphreysFG decided it didn’t make sense & would prefer ownership & rents went abroad-despite pension schemes by their very nature being long term investors. It literally makes not one ounce of sense.

@thecurrency @Keyes @HHumphreysFG has essentially outlawed Irish pension schemes buying property in Ireland.
While rents could go to Irish pension savers & stay in the economy it appears it’s better sending those funds abroad to foreign investors.
