@SanDiskPro Is your customer support active at all? I have an open ticket regarding faulty CFAST 2 Pro reader and Pro Dock 2 unable to offload Sandisk CFAST 2 media. Agents aren't replying to emails.

Has anyone has issues with @SanDiskPro @WesternDigiCare Pro CFast 2 reader and 4K UHD ProRes footage? Trying to offload in Silverstack and SPP and the reader just bottlenecks/stops/crashes the MBP. Other readers work fine so wondering why this is happening?
