@cotees@singhvarun@SquareFeatIndia Exactly. But it is usually a bone of contention if different chs hv diff configuration of flats within the same gated community. Smaller flat owners want it to divided equally amongst buildings but bigger flat owners want it to be divided by number of units. Hence the conflicts.
@cotees@singhvarun@SquareFeatIndia Yes so for federation - the societies are members and not the individual flats. Hence the million dollar question is how should the common area maintenance charges should be computed? Mind you these areas are common to all buildings and are to be managed by the federation body.
@cotees@singhvarun@SquareFeatIndia Bye laws can be challenged. Furthermore, when it comes to apex federation body - there are no model bye laws like the ones for individual housing societies. Additionally federation’s legal definition is ‘association of persons’ - so one can argue society bye laws do not apply.
@SaffronChargers May be its a good sign that people are finally looking at cricket as a team sport rather than getting swayed by PR of individual players.
We might have produced a handful of such ‘greats’ but how many ICC titles do we have to show for it? Mind u we hv won 3 in just last 2 years.
@iNikhilsaini My Harrier was struck by a mobile crane near the right fender, the results were more shocking than this one. If interested, you can see it in the vlog here.

@slickhomes@Adityakrsaha Ohk, didnt know that. But given the laziness of B’wood script writers chances of them having picked it from GoT are higher than from 60s ka movies. Either ways in the trailer itself the scene lacks a punch.
@vicharabhio Yes just like with tests, bilateral ODIs should account for something. May be d ODI standings can have some impact in the world cup points table. A radical idea wud be the super sixes being decided based on odi standings.
But that would reduce d number of matches n teams in d WC
@mumbaiboy05@AmeyKulkarni_21 As it rightly should. Although should have happened at least a decade back and then for 2.5 years we had a hostile state govt which literally brought all the infra projects to a standstill - adding to the misery.
As for cribbing - thats what the original post was doing.
@mumbaiboy05@AmeyKulkarni_21 No govt will kill any city n lose tax revenues. But if a city doesnt keep upgrading itself (read local authorities) it will lose out on getting new business and may be even existing ones.
We citizens need to hold the likes of BMC responsible for crumbling infrastructure.
@AmeyKulkarni_21 Diversification does not mean not caring. It has long been established one way to help over crowded cities like Mumbai is for similar hubs and job creation opportunities coming up across the country.
As for the city being in dire straits thats on local authorities.
@rudemiss17 1 of course.
Dhoni isp past his prime in all formats, while Kohli is past his prime in T20Is.
As for Bhumrah - even if he stops getting injured, max he will play is 5-6 years, and besides his wickets depend on not dropping catches too.
Vaibhav is the safest option amongst these
@mujifren Indeed. And this is despite the fact this govt has been around for 12 years now and in geopolitics they have generally responded well to adverse situations.
Worst part is such handles claim to be RW but jump at every chance to blame the govt.
@TheNavroopSingh bhai just FYI.
@Panks_Arora Yes exactly why they sell extended warranty as well. Because to keep it intact one has to always get their car serviced at their center itself. And most cars won’t really need a warranty claim even within 5 years so the company ends up making money.
@KunalAg27657712 E20 fuel is becoming a default excuse for every service center and mechanic it seems. Pretty sure they silently curse whenever a diesel engine shows up with any issues - because then they actually need to check for the problem (at least for now).
