@cotees @singhvarun @SquareFeatIndia Exactly. But it is usually a bone of contention if different chs hv diff configuration of flats within the same gated community. Smaller flat owners want it to divided equally amongst buildings but bigger flat owners want it to be divided by number of units. Hence the conflicts.

Hence the million dollar question is how should the common area maintenance charges should be computed? Mind you these areas are common to all buildings and are to be managed by the federation body.

Additionally federation’s legal definition is ‘association of persons’ - so one can argue society bye laws do not apply.

@vicharabhio Yes just like with tests, bilateral ODIs should account for something. May be d ODI standings can have some impact in the world cup points table. A radical idea wud be the super sixes being decided based on odi standings.
But that would reduce d number of matches n teams in d WC

We citizens need to hold the likes of BMC responsible for crumbling infrastructure.

@AmeyKulkarni_21 Diversification does not mean not caring. It has long been established one way to help over crowded cities like Mumbai is for similar hubs and job creation opportunities coming up across the country.
As for the city being in dire straits thats on local authorities.

@Panks_Arora Yes exactly why they sell extended warranty as well. Because to keep it intact one has to always get their car serviced at their center itself. And most cars won’t really need a warranty claim even within 5 years so the company ends up making money.

@KunalAg27657712 E20 fuel is becoming a default excuse for every service center and mechanic it seems. Pretty sure they silently curse whenever a diesel engine shows up with any issues - because then they actually need to check for the problem (at least for now).
