Another expert report finds Israel is committing genocide. Amnesty, Human Rights Watch, and Medecins Sans Frontieres are all agreed. But the West yawns as the Gaza genocide is now just another routine news item, buried on the inside pages https://t.co/xTKAfAkHTl
🇺🇳 The United Nations has voted Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian territories as the Person of the Year..!
Francesca has fought relentlessly for an end to the worst genocide in our modern history.
It has been our great pleasure to have António Rito Silva our guest at the FrAmeLab software architecture lab (https://t.co/jPwMwflSnm), part of the SWEN software engineering research group at the @univaq#migration2microservice#metrics#tools@frAmeLabAQ
Keynote speaker @APierantonio in #mle24, on “Achieving Better Workbenches in Model-Driven Engineering: Why Technology (and the models behind it) Matters!”, quotes philosopher Martin Heidegger. #modelsconf24
@JBezivin The focus is in having as much as possible ready-to-hand tools (in the sense of Heidegger), minimizing accidental complexity and reducing the cognitive load.
I am glad to announce that we will deliver the Tutorial "Building Advanced Modeling Workbenches with Jjodel" at the MODELS conference in Linz on Sept 22nd. It took us 5 years to have a mature release of Jjodel, a cloud-based collaborative modeling platform

@JBezivin Hi Jean, it has a pretty different architecture than LSP, most of the intelligence is on the clients/browser because we use react/redux that is used also for the concrete syntax. Hope you are doing well!
We have extended the abstract deadline to the 5th of July.
Don't hesitate to contact us (me, @juridirocco and @DTamzalit) for any inquiry regarding submissions to the ME workshop @modelsconf .

@1KlausSchmid I could not express it better. I fully agree. What I find interesting is that understanding abstraction for students mitigates their attitude to be inclined towards the aesthetic of “complicated”, it making things unintelligible for the other to prove their capabilities :-)
since yesterday, @ludovicoiovino, a former student of mine, has been an Associate Professor at the @GSSI_LAQUILA - proud of him and also me ;-)) Keep up the good work, Ludovico! 😎
1 month before the MODELS technical track deadline! Good luck to all authors in finalizing your manuscripts, thanks to our amazing PB and PC for making this edition a great success: https://t.co/gdE0BiOGbS cc @modelsconf@marshachechik
