@ComposerCasey I think the main draw back is that for some reason instrumentals don't stand out as much to me personally.

They feel a lot more standard compared to what DT and BTL achived. But maybe thats just me.

DT (& SDT) and Burry The Light are still definitely higher on my personal list, but thats just cause those are 2 of my favorite songs EVER.

There was a lot of debate around it, and most of it had nothing to do with 1 filler episode messing up the pacing or anything like that.

And even with that, it still feels like I've barely scratched the surface of what this medium has to offer.

Movies take a single day, and 12 episode shows take a small chunk of a weekend.

If most of what you watched is that length, and you watch 1 anime a week, you'll be at 200+ within 4 years.
