@Delta - it's so simple for u to send app notifications about the boarding call! Every other airline does it.. it feels so sad that your gate people can't accommodate 1 minute late arrival, 6 pm flight i was at the gate at 5.46 with my son and they didn't let me in, didn't rebook

@Delta Have to fly to Seattle for my son's tournament, was at the lounge next gate in SJC, no communication about boarding started in the app, no communication about last call in the lounge.. I don't know if it's @FlySJC lounge problem or @Delta problem but customers expect better!

Flew @airindia from SFO to BLR. Had an amazing experience traveling direct from SFO to blr. Staff were very courteous and pleasant, Himani, Ranjith are the few names I can recollect. Happy to see the progress with Air India service and hospitality! . #AIFans #FlyAI
