@zacbowden I'm disappointed in this. I tried the Z Fold and didn't like it but the more I read about the Duo the more it dawned on me that what I really wanted was two screens not one large foldable one. I was looking forward to the Duo 3 until this news.

@prioritypasscom Thanks. The lounges are rarely busy so there's obviously something else going on here. A less than 5% success rate is diabolical, I've never had these issues in the rest of Europe, the Middle East or Far East. The UK is just bad in general in terms of PP access.
