Just spent another two hours online with a guy that was trying to get me onto an app called World remit, claiming that Air Canada would redeem the voucher through this particular app. I’ve been trying for eight hours straight to get somebody on the line on the phone to help me redeem this voucher so I can get a ticket out next week to coincide with another ticket that I have as I fly into Toronto.. and in this process of sitting with him for 2+ hours failing time after time after time for this app to function properly I finally had enough. I still need help redeeming this voucher which he said could no longer be redeemed.

Been on hold for 3 plus hours waiting to book a flight from YYZ to YYJ PRICES HAVE DOUBLED. I arrive in Toronto the March 26th in the morning… please help. I have an Air Canada voucher that can only be redeemed by an agent. Needed the AC199 20:15 - 22:35 flight! This is horrible, kinda scary even. Manual booking with my electronic voucher flight
