This week at the African Regional Labour Administration Centre (ARLAC) in Harare, we engaged labour inspectors on protection of migrant workers. Lead facilitator Prof. Tendai Gwatidzo (@Tendai_2014) sparked a key discussion: How do we safeguard migrant workers in the gig economy with its unconventional recruitment? It was refreshing to listen to various innovative ideas.
