Starting this course, I was not sure what to expect. However, I definitely did not think I would learn as much as I did. This course taught me a lot about technology and how it impacts humanity. Really glad I took it! #DigiTechF21B

The main take away I have from this course is how a single technology can completely disrupt and change the flow of everyday life and the far reaching effects that disruptive technologies have. #DigiTechF21B

@neda_sayyed I agree. With the way they are being used right now, there is no doubt that they will continue to prove significant.

@Travis43136480 This is definitely an interesting take since very few people use cash nowadays. It makes you think whether digital payments will completely take over.

@LambrosJohn With cars already being self-automated it is no surprise that the majority of cars in the future will have some sort of self-automation.

GPS will keep evolving to provide better accuracy and reception. Because of its high convenience, it will not be terminated by the government anytime soon. #DigiTechF21B

My advice for students who look to communicate via hashtag is to always be aware of the wide range of audience your tweet has the potential to reach and make sure to use this power in a positive way. Also never be afraid to share your opinion/experience. #DigiTechF21B #TXC21

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

My main take away from this activity is how easy it is to engage throughout hashtags and how much diversity there is in everyones experiences/thoughts. #DigiTechF21B #TXC21

@valdecicco You're completely right. Time management is honestly so important and you realize that even more as the workload gets heavier and harder.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@Dean04780408 I completely agree. Friends are definitely very important in making your time at Rutgers better and memorable.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@neda_sayyed I agree. Especially if you're not sure of your major yet I think it can be helpful to meet with an advisor to get some advice and inspiration. Definitely very important.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

I think the best way to make use of your time at Rutgers is to be involved. Whether it be social or academic, there are numerous organizations for everyone and I think finding a community you can be part of it really important. #DigiTechF21B #TXC21

@annawildePR Football games are definitely one of the biggest events where all Rutger students come together to celebrate. Great choice !

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@JulianOleynik I completely agree. No matter what time you visit the yard it is always filled with people. It seems like the main social area of Rutgers especially since it has so many food places surrounding it.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@neda_sayyed I hadn't heard of this before but it honestly sounds like a really nice idea for expressing opinions that people might be too scared to say out loud.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

When I think of Rutgers, I usually think about the vastness of the college. I think this image accurately depicts the essence of the college and how far it is spread. #DigiTechF21B #TXC21

@yvette_anning This is definitely an interesting topic because there are so many factors weighing into it. I was always super hesitant (and a little judgemental lol) of online relationships. However, knowing how I've made friends online, dating online doesn't seem too alien of a concept anymore

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@ompatilru Music streaming services are definitely one of the most important social media platforms. Many people don't think about them as such because you can't necessarily have conversations on Spotify or Apple music but these streaming services are actually highly interactive.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

@neda_sayyed Virtual assistants are indeed one of the most convenient inventions. While many people are hesitant to use them, they can actually be very helpful if you have a busy lifestyle and need to get things done quickly.

[AROOJ AMJAD @AROOJAMJAD17]

#DigiTechF21A My EDTP topic will focus on the field of robotics and what an enormous effect they have on our everyday life. I will also be discussing the deep concerns associated with this technology and the extent to which robotics should be implemented.
