Since then the stars have moved and the signs don't match up to the same dates they did hundreds of years ago. I don't know how to be more clear.

People out there living their whole life as one sign with no issue to find out they're a dif sign 10 years later.

People think they're a virgo for 15 years and find out the stars have actually moved over the last hundred years and they're really a different sign. Not to mention there was like 4 more signs but they got rid of.

@lapreaseansha17 I've seen a lot of people online do really well with it. I have the "zero" app to track it. I usually do 16/8 fast but it usually is a shorter eating window than that. I know women it's ideal for like 12-14 hours fast. I've lost close to 5 pounds since March 8th.
