@CREDBANKYT I am trying to open a Quantum Savings Account through the IDFC FIRST Bank mobile app, but it says that I already have an account. I do not have any savings account with IDFC FIRST Bank; I only have an FD-backed credit card.

Why has my savings account been suddenly frozen without any prior notice? I have only done nominal transactions like reloading my own wallet and self deposits. What is the reason behind this action? Why are customers being harassed in this way? Please resolve this
