So i got a trimmer which was already used. the box was already opened, there were no plastics inside & scratches on the product.

When i tried to return it with (item was already used), it's not even showing return option. 🤡

Out of 5 times, the cb came only for 2.

Also most of the time the app is not working, not a good experience in my opinion.
For some of my friends, they even reverted the CB.

Eventually I closed the account.
