I'm getting scammed by HDFC Ergo, their grievance is not quick to respond either. Can somebody help me?

They seem to do an organized scam. Adding unwanted additional policies to people's names and scamming in the name of refund.

@HDFCERGOGIC I had the Cibil Score of 807. Now it's 757 because of Ergo and its employees. They specially asked me not to attend any calls from HDFC Credit Card dept. They false promised I won't have to pay from my hand, but still debited over 50k from my Savings account! Who will answer now?

@BajajAllianz, I have a policy for which I am getting calls from your executives but they are all speaking in Hindi. Since I didn't understand a word they are saying, I asked them politely to speak in English. They simply cut the call and never get back. Happened twice now! Why?

@TCL_Global @tcl_india @iFFALCONIndia, I bought a iFFALCON TV recently, I chose the language "English - India". But, when I tried to read Terms and other things, they are shown in Hindi. Why?? Why is there no option to change the language??

The solution should be, you need to send SMS to customers "either only in English or English + Regional Language".

Is it mandatory to know Hindi to open a Post Office account? Why am I receiving an SMS in Hindi? With all the "Digital India" talk, can't you use a translator to send regional SMS?
