I'm seeking clarification from @TataCapital and regulators regarding foreclosure charges on my MSME business loan. I had a ₹295 lakh LAP loan with a floating interest rate. After Tata Capital denied my top-up, I switched lenders but was hit with a 6% foreclosure fee.@RBI
