@DealsDhamaka So Even if we assume the Bank loan as 1.10cr he would have paid the interest 35 lakhs approx till now. Now calculate the interest on 50 lakhs down payment he paid (consider FD interest rate 6.5-7%) ,that would be around 15-16lakhs. Total 2.15cr!

@poojaofficial5 Had a similar incident for me as well, but I immediately called my friend and explained the situation and how it was happened and also told him that I will take care of all the expenses. He softly denied and told me that no need to worry I have zero dep. insurance.

OLA also gives good range and price is also less compared to other brands, in my circle none of them had any issues with that .

It's a new Pandemic, very very less exposure to Sunlight causing D-vit deficiency. But, I still don't understand why people are having Vit B12 dficncy though we are consuming good amount of Eggs, Meat etc.

One month notice period

and 2 months salary.

and leave encashment.That said he will get almost 8months of salary all at once, excluding leaves.

That's close to 30lakhs

@NalinisKitchen @jagograhakjago It's again Swiggy/Zomato causing the prices to be increased.They take huge commissions n ask the restaurants to run the ads n discounts to get more orders. If they do all these then Swiggy Zomato will get 70 out of 100rs. To overcome this restaurants r increasing prices.
