A student of knowledge should teach and benefit the Ummah by what he has studied that is found in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger ﷺ upon the understanding of the Salaf.

In the topic of hearing and obeying Muslim rulers in goodness whether they are righteous or sinful - it is well established in the Kitab & Sunnah and only a person of desires or ignorant person would go against the clear cut evidences in this topic.

That being said, a student should not start acting as if he is the Foreign Minister by explaining or defending or always posting the actions of the different Muslims countries today. And Allah knows best.

Some blind fanatics from Manchester wrote an article filled with the most irrelevant quotes after having misunderstood something our Brother Ustadh @IbnAbdurRazaq put out which was based on the speech of Ahlul ilm: Albaani, Rabee, etc

The scholars - past and present - would look at the pros and cons of a scenario and do something for the greater benefit or leave something correct for a greater good.

I said it’s not a good time to be speaking about another Muslim at this time in which the western media war machine is demonizing Muslims, dehumanizing Palestinians, spreading misinformation and lies.

Specifically mistakes or deviances the person was upon but not doing pushing now.

At this time, It would be wrong to be using energy on speaking about their deviances - which has already been clarified - particularly while the Ummah is busy with dealing with this war machine, worried about the rise of Islamophobia in the west, violent attacks against Muslims just for being Muslim then which person with the right mind would think this is the perfect time to refute so and so who is only defending Muslims against Kuffar in the west on a stage most of us cannot.

Those people that never studied with scholars will never grasp that. Ignorant twitter keyboard warriors who only see things as black and white and don’t have clue about مصالح ومفاسد and the stances of the scholars like Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Qudamah, Bin Baz, Rabee bin Hadee amongst others.

Shaykh Ubayd رحمه الله said if the people are looking up to a person of innovation and hold him high it’s not from hikmah to refute him straight away, rather you cultivate them on hating innovations and loving the sunnah up until it settles with them. So how about if this person is seen as from those defending Islam against Kuffar, is there any hikmah to refute him? Refute the mistake all you like no problem.

They attack those people that are defending Muslims against kuffar in the west and only bring more harm then benefit, cause more people to leave Salafiyyah bcos of their haste and ignorance.

Why can’t they see the greater harm that will be brought?

The Prophet ﷺ said to Aisha: if you’re people were not new to Islam, I would have demolished the Kabah and built it up again in its complete form/size. But due a greater harm he saw he didn’t do it.

No one is saying refuting innovators is wrong, but it’s not the right time, sufficient for now is to refute the mistakes and call to the truth and if this blows over then you can do it with hikmah. The goal is to guide the people and to protect them from misguidance and its people, trust me the way you’re doing it, will be doing the opposite.

The Salafi listens and benefits from the great scholars of Islam and does not cut himself off, thinking he is firmer upon the truth than them. This is where Haddadiyah begins, leaving off the scholars and making their own conclusions on highly sensitive issues way over above their tweet grade.

فقد تشرفتُ عصر أمس الجمعة الموافق ٥ / ٤ / ١٤٤٥ هجرية برفقة شيخي الجليل : #عبدالله_بن_صالح_القصير - حفظه الله - بزيارة لشيخه الكريم:
معالي الشيخ : #صالح_بن_فوزان_الفوزان حفظه الله.

والشيخ عبدالله القصير هو أحد قدامى طلبة الشيخ صالح الفوزان - حفظهما الله - إذ ابتدأ القراءة عليه عام ١٣٩٠ هجرية.

🍂 ومعروف أن الود والعلاقة بينهما نادرة النظير ، وقد رأيت ما رأيت من حفاوة المزور بالزائر ما اغتبطتُ به ، وعجبت له .

والشيخ صالح الفوزان دائم السؤال عن الشيخ عبدالله القصير ، ويعتبره بمثابة أخيه المجرب ، وصاحبه المقرب ، وكذلك الشيخ عبدالله القصير دائم السؤال عن الشيخ صالح الفوزان إذ يعتبره شيخه الأول بالرياض🍁.

وهذه أول زيارة من الشيخ عبدالله القصيّر للشيخ صالح الفوزان بعد العارض الصحي الذي ألم بالشيخ عبدالله مما أدخل الفرح والبهجة على الشيخين ، وكأنه انقطاع دام لسنوات , وهي مدة يسيرة لا تتجاوز الشهرين.

وأعرض مما رأيته أيضاً تلكم الصورة التي تعبر عن الروح الطيبة بين مشايخنا ، وسمو أخلاقهم - وليس ذلك بغريب عليهم - إصرار الشيخ صالح وقد ناهز التسعين من عمره -متّع الله به- على المشي مع شيخي عبدالله حتى خروجه وكان قبلُ واقفاً على باب منزله الداخلي مرتقباً وصول الشيخ لاستقباله والحفاوة بضيفه.

أسأل الله أَن يحفظهما وإخوانهم من أهل العلم والفضل جميعًا ، وأن يحفظ علينا ديننا ، وأمننا ، وولاتنا ، ويزيدنا هدى وتوفيقًا ، وأن يرزقنا حسن الاقتداء والتأسي بهم في الأخوة والمحبة في الله ، والحرص على التزاور والمذاكرة وتقدير الأشياخ ومعرفة قدرهم ..
