For Game 6 I’d go:
Benson - Thompson - Doan
Quinn - Helenius - Tuch
Zucker - Norris - Krebs
Malenstein - McLeod - Kozak
Get your speed and grit evenly distributed across your lineup. Split Tuch and Thompson and play them with play drivers and puck retrievers and let them be accessories.
Bottom 2 lines just need to grind it out and not cost them. Top 2 lines need to put up goals.
If I'm a Sabres player I'd be livid about the state of the Key Bank Center the past 3 home games. We're in round 2 of the playoffs and the lower bowl has been turned over to the Habs fans. Sabres season ticket holders should be embarrassed.
Benson - Thomas - Doan
Helenius - Ostlund - Kyrou
Quinn - McLeod - Zucker
Malenstyn - Carrick - Kozak
there's your forward group for next season go get it done.
"If we live in a world where Ohio State and Michigan rest their starters for that game at the end of the season, because they've got the potential of five playoff games still sitting in front of them, then college football, as we have known it, ceases to exist." - Mike Greenberg
Really not much concern for me if Tuch ends up walking, they have the forward depth to absorb it. No need to settle for a high cap hit like Skinner in 2019 if he doesn’t come down on his price
