I’m please to be nominated for the 2020 @YourUKParl awards. Regardless of winning or not, I’m pleased with the efforts of last years campaigning, followed by the continued campaigning I’ve done this year on Maternity, Parental Adoption Leave.🤞🏼. #maternitypetition#ExcludedUK

We are really delighted to see this recognition by @HoCpetitions of the tremendous work done by @BethanyPower__ & the other #MaternityPetition campaigners, who did so much to highlight the pandemic-related challenges faced by pregnant women & new parents.

“The pandemic represented a turning point in regards to tackling the structural barriers and inequalities single parents faced. Single mothers make up 90% of lone-parent household in the UK.” #SingleParentsDay21#COVID19

Dear @lisanandy you cannot seriously vote for extended lockdown unless 3.8 million receive some/any £ support off @RishiSunak. We cannot survive on fresh air, it’s fine for you, you’re being paid. We have had £00000. Think! you’ll finish us off! #ExcludedUK@Jamie4North
It was great to finally meet Minister @scullyp today speaking on behalf of many pregnant women & new mothers affected during this Pandemic. This has been a long awaited meeting, but appreciate @scullyp efforts today. I hope we hear back soon @scullyp. #maternityrights#ExcludedUK
A full 12 months after the onset of the pandemic, a Government minister has - for the first time - offered to meet with us to discuss its impact and "how best the Government can respond". 👀

Absolutely agree 💯
This is *exactly* why Ministers @beisgovuk need to pull their finger out on designing a replacement policy for the chronically failing Shared Parental Leave scheme.
We need individual, 'use it or lose it' rights to (better paid) leave for *each parent*.

Let me get this right one category #ExcludedUK can’t get support if profits are 1p over 50,000.00 (all taxes paid legally) But billionaires @RishiSunak wife and other famous ppl like famous rude chefs can use tax payers money to furlough staff? Hmm!! Well crafted by @RishiSunak
We don’t think there’s ever been a better time to remind the @Conservatives that #ForgottenLtd are voters.
Every single one of them.
If you're a ltd company director who has received little or no support, how will you vote next time?

Dear @RishiSunak after the interview with @MartinSLewis I see why #ExcludedUK#ForgottenLtd seem complex. All you have to do is go to HMRC @JimHarraHMRC will know the link. Type in any UTC from the 3.8 m, hey presto you can see all their tax info! Easy to solve! Try it!
Government ministers like @scullyp often claim that the UK has one of the most generous maternity leave schemes in the Universe. This is simply not true.
The promised but still awaited Employment Bill offers an opportunity for desperately needed reform.
