I have witnessed extraordinary help given by MMD NOIDA, Capt Poswal to hundreds of Seafarers appearing for exams especially when it comes to bookings. Heavy rush at NOIDA MMD. Very soon issuance of CDC will happen there.
Time to open MMD at Chandigarh.

Thanks @dgship_goi for issuing order 12/2022 whereby all Seafarers attending Online Certificate of Competency Courses as of now can continue and complete same. Wef 01 Apr 22, it's offline & COC courses will be at Training Institute.

The courses like functions, OCTCO, LGTFCO and others which does not require any practical aspect should be continue on-line mode @dgship_goi

Many Indian Merchant Navy Engineers object to implementation of circular no 20-16/4/2020-O/o TRG -DGS (2101) DGS ORDER no - 11 of 2022 because of sudden suspension of Online classes.
Hope @dgship_goi will take action and @mui_mum will take up the cause for Officers doing exams.

Because we are doing online course of meo class2.

@PrasharSdp @dgship_goi But it will create troubles for those who booked courses (MEO CLASS 2 etc.)by keeping in mind online classes. For eg. Seaferers from delhi booked courses from calcutta.
According to this order all classes to be conducted offline from respective MTI.
