Many Indian Merchant Navy Engineers object to implementation of circular no 20-16/4/2020-O/o TRG -DGS (2101) DGS ORDER no - 11 of 2022 because of sudden suspension of Online classes.
Hope @dgship_goi will take action and @mui_mum will take up the cause for Officers doing exams.

Atleast existing online competency courses should be remain online because everyone booked course in different cities because of online mode. now suddenly changes to offline mode difficult for everyone to travel and find places to live

@PrasharSdp @dgship_goi But it will create troubles for those who booked courses (MEO CLASS 2 etc.)by keeping in mind online classes. For eg. Seaferers from delhi booked courses from calcutta.
According to this order all classes to be conducted offline from respective MTI.
