Officers from 1997 got early pay hikes and promotions, while his were delayed. He claimed his batch was ignored because they were SC.

कहीं तमिल न आई तो धमकी: "एक महीने में सीखो, नहीं तो नौकरी छोड़ो।"

और कुछ "नेता" गर्व से कह रहे हैं: "अच्छा किया, ट्रांसफर कर दिया।"

सवाल ये है — क्या बैंक कोई भाषा प्रशिक्षण संस्थान है?
कोई ट्रेनिंग नहीं, कोई सपोर्ट नहीं।

मैनेजर पोस्टिंग पर गया नहीं कि फ़ाइल थमा दी जाती है।
हेडिंग ओवर–टेकिंग ओवर जैसे रस्म अदायगी बन जाती है।

अगले ही दिन से टारगेट की झड़ी — ना भाषा आती है, ना स्टाफ पूरा है, ना सिस्टम समझ में आता है, लेकिन डंडा वही पुराना: 'परफॉर्म करो, नहीं तो नोटिस लो।'
