This is Zhang Xun. In July 1917, he marched his army into Beijing — every soldier wearing a Qing-dynasty queue — and put the 12-year-old Puyi back on the throne.

Loyalists rushed to buy court robes and fake braids. The dragon flag flew over Beijing again.
