Who will look into this frauds. No one! Not even Rera.

RERA may be corrupted or not informed such incidents. The people who have charged must complain on RERA portals.

@chaubey_kr77083 Gov system don’t correct due to isolated cases also Not even by themselves. They correct by force by upper management and sometime through an independent and powerful body …..

Moving Court is the possible solution.

@migsungroup is doing injustice with many innocent buyers. The buyers who are also enagaged in National duties like you and any other public servant.

Despite significant public support on this issue, there has been no response from the builder or concerned authorities.

Requesting @UPRERA @CMOfficeUP @OfficialNoida / @GhaziabadDev @myogiadityanath @housingministry to kindly intervene. Buyers are suffering due to delay possesion, 100% payment done on fitout letter one year before still unjustified demand is raised by builder, and lack of basic facilities or amenities still demanding 2 years advance for maintenance without giving possession of our homes.
